Registration starts for theatre school

Fall registration for the Bainbridge Performing Arts Theatre School is under way for preschool-kindergarten through adult students.

Fall registration for the Bainbridge Performing Arts Theatre School is under way for preschool-kindergarten through adult students.

This fall, the school will bring back Imagination Station and Beginning Broadway for its youngest students. Creative Drama and Youth Production I will be available for first- and second-graders and second- through fourth-grade students, respectively.

There will also be a new Group Voice Class for students in grades four through eight, and for students in grades five through eight, classes include Youth Production II, Dance for Theatre II and Acting II.

For teens and adults, the theatre school offers Homeschool Acting Class, Juggling, Improv Intensive, and three workshops with Dinah Manoff, star of stage, television and screen: The Actors Toolbelt, How to Audition, and Building a Character.  Josh Anderson will also lead Senior Adult Musical Theatre Class, and Tom Challinor will teach a Shakespeare Appreciation Class.
