BHS boys score water polo win

The Bainbridge High varsity boys water polo team brought home a 16-2 win from their match on the road Tuesday, Sept. 22 against Peninsula High School.

GIG HARBOR – The Bainbridge High varsity boys water polo team brought home a 16-2 win from their match on the road Tuesday, Sept. 22 against Peninsula High School.

It was a decisive victory, which left the Spartans undefeated (4-0) so far this season.

Goals were made by Harrison Shinohara (three), Jack Kapel (one), Mason Ogden (one), Sam Liebling (two), Jem Bullock (four), Miles Hogger (two) and Sam Kapel (three).

The host school’s two goals were both scored by Jacob Huffer.

The Spartans will return home to host their next match at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29 against Gig Harbor High.
