Washington State Ferries is advising travelers on the Bainbridge Island-Seattle and Bremerton-Seattle routes to expect heavy foot traffic on Saturday, Jan. 11, as the Seattle Seahawks take on the New Orleans Saints at CenturyLink Field.

The football game starts at 1:35 p.m. and ferry passengers are encouraged to pre-purchase their ferry tickets.

Ferry officials said ferry riders should be prepared for long lines eastbound in the morning and westbound after the game.
