Island students shine at WWU

Western Washington University has recognized three students from Bainbridge Island for outstanding academic performance.

Lea Eve Fetterman, Kyla Hupp Garlid and Hanna Garlid Hupp were named to the  fall quarter honor roll at Western.

To qualify for the honor roll, students must complete at least 14 graded credit hours during a quarter and be in the top 10 percent of their class.

Hupp also maintained a 4.0 grade point average.
