SATURDAY, NOV. 21

1:31 p.m. A loaded ammo clip was found on a bench outside Blackbird Bakery on Winslow Way.

The magazine contained seven bullets from various manufacturers.

FRIDAY, NOV. 20

2:21 p.m. A 33-year-old woman reported a case of mail theft.

She said she had mailed the keys to her former residence to her old landlord, sometime between Oct. 28 and Oct. 31, and the keys had not yet arrived.

THURSDAY, NOV. 19

9:36 a.m. A 24-year-old Bainbridge man said someone stole a small two-stroke motor off his bicycle while it was parked and locked up outside the ferry terminal.

The man said the motor came from an old Chinese scooter he found in his yard some time ago.

The motor went missing sometime between 4:30 p.m. Nov. 16 and 9:15 a.m. Nov. 19.

The man also said he earlier received a note from someone that was left on his bike asking where he got the motor and if he was interested in selling it.

The man said the thief would have had to use a wrench to get the motor off the bike.

The estimated value of the motor was $1.
