Ready for some hot stuff? Then you better get ready for the weekend.

According to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service’s office in Seattle, Bainbridge Island is in for some sunny — and sizzling — weather this weekend.

The island will start to heat up with a partly sunny Saturday. The temperature is expected to crest near 74 degrees.

And Sunday, the sizzle won’t fizzle, fo shizzle. A high temperature near 80 is expected, and the day will be sunny and clear.

The sunshine is expected to continue well into the week, with temperatures staying in the high 70s or near 80 through Thursday.
