The BPA Gallery presents William Baran-Mickle “Gestures” in October.

The show opens during the First Fridays Art Walk. Come by the BPA Gallery for an artist reception and a fun evening of art, food and friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3.

Baran-Mickle’s current works focus on hands and gestures, from the humorous to the serious. All are hammer-formed sheet metals fabricated into deep wall relief sculptures.

Gallery hours are noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and one hour prior to each performance. Admission is free.
