Delicious connections continue at Heyday Farm

Upcoming dining events and culinary classes at Heyday Farm continue the island institution’s tradition of combining season specials and guest chefs and teachers with staple favorites from the natural bounty of the historic Bainbridge operation.

Upcoming events include:

The focus will be on the final step which is the cooking of the fruit, experimenting with citrus combinations and filling the jars. The class consist of demonstration and participation and students will go home with marmalade to enjoy. The cost is $65 per person.

“Tuesday Community Dinners” at the Farm House, every Tuesday from 5 to 8:30 p.m.; no reservations required. The ever-changing a la carte menu reflects the season and fresh local ingredients. Come enjoy fabulous food with local folks to celebrate both the bounty of Bainbridge Island’s Heyday Farm as well as other regional producers.
