The Bainbridge Island Museum of Art will host a special six-week run of live portrait sessions from 2 to 4:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, July 6, 13, 20, 27 and Aug. 3 and Aug. 10.

This is not an instructed course, but rather an opportunity for inspired artists to work on self-directed process and projects from clothed models in varied poses.

Participants must provide their own drawing paper; drawing media will be supplied by BIMA.

Each session costs $15, or $75 for the entire series. Register online at www.brownpapertickets.com/event/2491649.
