The Boys & Girls Club of Bainbridge Island would like to thank all those involved in making our fifth annual Faces of the Future Gala at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church a tremendous success!

This event serves as the major fundraiser for our club and raises funds to ensure that all kids, no matter their family’s ability to pay, are able to attend the Club. Our keynote speaker and chief of police, Matt Hamner, was poignant and certainly connected his own experiences with the Boys & Girls Club in Indiana with our mission.

Of course, this event would not have been possible without our title sponsor, RBC – Wealth Management and event sponsors Columbia Bank and Sound Reprographics. I would also like to acknowledge Rick and Lisa Skelton and their continued generosity when it comes to supporting the club. They are true champions of the work we do.

Our master of ceremonies, Rob Beattie, kept the evening moving and was a wonderful addition to the program. Our fabulous board president, Suzanne Kelly, was instrumental in the entire evening being fun, positive and focused solely on the kids we serve. I cannot thank these people enough for making the night such a huge success.

Finally, I would like to thank all of those who attended this year. The donations that you gave were above and beyond what we expected and really show how this community comes together to support the things they believe in.

I am proud to say that 100 percent of the money raised will make a direct impact in the lives of our community’s youth and teens.

On behalf of the members, staff and board of directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Bainbridge Island, THANK YOU!

BROOKE BEALS,

CLUB EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
