Online voter registration deadline is Monday

There are just a few days to register to vote in Washington state either online or by mail for the Nov. 6 general election.

The deadline to submit a registration online or by mail is Monday, Oct. 8. Online registration can be completed at MyVote.

Residents unable to do so in time will still have an opportunity to do so in person by Oct. 29 at Kitsap County’s Election Division offices in the Administration Building, 619 Division St. in Port Orchard.

Washington’s vote-by-mail ballots are scheduled to be sent to registered voters statewide before Friday, Oct. 19.
