UPDATE | Ferry Issaquah shifted to Bainbridge route

Washington State Ferries has moved the ferry MV Issaquah to the Bainbridge Island-Seattle route to restore the run to two-boat service.

The MV Tacoma was taken off the route for emergency repairs late Friday afternoon.

WSF said the Issaquah, a ferry with capacity for 124 vehicles, was moved into position to make a late 6:20 p.m. sailing from Seattle and a late 7:10 p.m. sailing from Bainbridge Island.

Travelers on the route should expect delays.
