8 a.m. A 51-year-old Bainbridge man reported a case of identity theft. He said he received a text notifying him of low funds in his Columbia Bank checking account, and discovered four transactions that he had not approved.
Two were withdrawals totaling $103, and there were two more that added up to $503.
10:21 a.m. Three trucks were involved in a minor collision. A 59-year-old man driving a 1998 Toyota pickup truck was stopped for traffic on Highway 305 in the southbound lane at High School Road.
A 47-year-old man in a 2001 Ford pickup was parked behind him, and a 59-year-old man in a Chevy pickup was behind him.
The driver in the Chevy saw in his peripheral vision the other vehicles moving on his right side that were also going south. Thinking that the light had changed to green, he started moving and struck the back of the second truck, causing it to strike the back of the first truck.
There was no damage to the back of the first vehicle and all vehicles were driven away from the scene.
