9:25 p.m. Police responded to a report of malicious mischief in the area of South Beach Drive. The manager of American Gold Seafood fishery reported that an unidentified person got onto the dock and went to a fish pen and tampered with the net, causing some of the fish to be damaged.
He estimated 80 fish were damaged, though he could not put an estimate on the damages.
The man said he was pretty sure the damage was done by a human and not an animal and he suspected an ex-employee who was recently fired. Police added extra patrols in the area.
9:54 p.m. Police responded to a report of malicious mischief at a private residence on NE Day Road East.
Two teenage boys, reportedly wearing shorts, were reported as having damaged a television and a small decorative solar-powered light.
The victim stated the suspects had kicked over the 27-inch TV, which was sitting in the driveway at the end, close to the roadway, with a sign that stating it was free to whoever wanted to take it.
The TV had rock scratches on the glass and the solar-powered light was at the end of the driveway, though it was originally located near the mailbox. The light had been damaged, and was missing the stake/base.
Both of the damaged items were not worth much, but the victim was clearly upset.
