Couple plans July wedding

J.P. and Cindy Amo of Bainbridge Island are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Madison “Maddy” Amo to Ben Hainley, son of Mike and Mary Hainley of West Linn, Oregon.

The couple met as freshmen at Oregon State University, and the rest is history.

They are currently living in Eugene where Maddy works as a high school counselor and Ben works as a forestry engineer.

A July 11 wedding is planned in Portland.
