Public meeting is next week for artist workshop proposal

Tseng Properties is proposing to develop 10 buildings on 4.5 acres of undeveloped land on NE Day Road that will be rented to artists, artisans and tradespersons.

A community meeting on the project is planned for next week.

According to the developers of the project, the buildings will provide spaces for uses that include workshops, storage and display spaces. The property is located west on NE Day Road W, and accessed off of Saddle Club and Manzanita Park access roads.

The public is invited to offer input from 5:30 to 7 p.m., Monday, March 16 in the council chambers at city hall at 280 Madison Ave. N.
