Peters takes time to understand complicated issues | Letters | Aug. 12

We are writing to urge Bainbridge Islanders to vote for Barry Peters for City Council.

There are always a number of island challenges to be met. Always there will be strongly held differing viewpoints on how these challenges will be addressed. How we make decisions matters.

We have seen Barry in action numerous times. Each time, he has sought to understand the issue, and apply boundless energy and good listening skills.  Each time, he has demonstrated an outstanding ability to tenaciously sort out options in search of the one that best fits out island’s needs and brings resolution to the issue.

We need to support this approach to government and return Barry Peters to the Council.
