Spartans fall to Holy Names

The girls soccer season came to an end Saturday for the Bainbridge Spartans, as Holy Names edged BHS 3-1 in the Metro League Tournament.

SEATTLE – The girls soccer season came to an end Saturday for the Bainbridge Spartans, as Holy Names edged BHS 3-1 in the Metro League Tournament.

The Cougars took advantage and forged a 2-0 lead before Kamie Coryell scored for the Spartans with roughly 10 minutes to go in the contest.

Holy Names answered with another goal to put the game out of reach for Bainbridge.

The Spartans finished the season at 12-3-2.
