A 3-0 home win over Seattle Prep proved a fine finale for the Bainbridge High varsity boys soccer team’s last home game of the season.

BAINBRIDGE – A 3-0 home win over Seattle Prep proved a fine finale for the Bainbridge High varsity boys soccer team’s last home game of the season Wednesday, May 4.

The invigorating win, cementing the team’s first postseason appearance Friday, came on the heels of a disheartening shutout loss to Garfield just days before.

The victory over Prep earned for the team an overall season record of 6-7-3 (6-5-3 in league play), and ranked in the fourth-place spot in the Metro Sound standings.

Friday would see the island team travel to the Southwest Athletic Complex to face off against Chief Sealth.
