Bainbridge remained the top-ranked team in the league following a 14-8 victory over the visitors from Chief Sealth.

The Spartan varsity baseball team boasts an overall record of 12-2 (3-1 in league play).

The visitors actually got the jump of Bainbridge initially, leading 2-1 at the end of the first inning.

Not to be intimidated, the Spartans came back in the second to own the inning 3-0.

Leading 4-2 going into the third, BHS again kept the visitors from gaining any more runs and chalked up two more themselves.

The fourth inning was the high point for the Spartans and they jumped ahead six more runs over Sealth’s one.

Leading 12-5 at the top of the sixth, Bainbridge kept pace with their guests and both teams added two more runs to the board.
