Bainbridge resident Margaret B. Fudge, age 82, died Sept. 18 in Seattle.

She was born July 23, 1920 in Portland, Ore. to Ellsworth Cochran and Willie J. Cochran.

She grew up in Wallace, Idaho, where she married Richard K. Fudge on Nov. 24, 1938.

She lived in Wallace, Los Gatos, Calif., and Phoenix, Ariz., before moving in 1963 to Spokane. She moved to Bainbridge in 2000.

A life-long homemaker, she enjoyed golf, gardening, travel and bridge.

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard in 1998.

She is survived by daughters Becky Molander of Bellevue, MaryAnn Diridon of Bainbridge and Julie (Vern) Rosbach of Bainbridge; and grandchildren Jennifer and Mark Bloom, Joe and Lorin Molander, Rodney Diridon, Jr., Mary Diridon and Geoffrey Rosbach.

Services were held Sept. 21 at Couer d’Alene Memorial Gardens in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Services were under the direction of English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d’Alene.
