Erik R. Anderson

December 28, 1981 – January 13, 2013

      Erik R. Anderson, age 31, passed away on January 13, 2013. Erik was born in Rochester, MI, on December 28, 1981, son of Kenneth and Barbara Anderson.

      He graduated Bainbridge High School in 2001, earned an Associate of Arts degree from Seattle Central Community College and attended classes at Washington State University.

      Erik donated a week of his time every summer since 1999 to the Rotary Auction’s computer department. He enjoyed building computers and was very talented at tech support. He was an avid reader who loved history, nature, travelling and camping. He was loving, funny, full of amazing knowledge and always helpful to those in need. He was loved and will be missed by many friends and family on the Island and in Michigan.

      He is survived by his mother, Barbara Anderson of Bainbridge Island; his father, Kenneth; his step-mom, Suzanne McGill-Anderson, and his beloved brothers, Will, Ben, and Christian Anderson of Clarkston, MI.

      Erik was laid to rest at the Lakeview Cemetary in Clarkston, MI on January 22, 2013.
