Weekend weather report: Raindrops keep fallin’ | The Bainbridge Blab

It will be chilly, really, this weekend on Bainbridge Island. And wet? You bet.

That’s the latest forecast from the National Weather Service’s Seattle office.

Friday’s rain will linger through Saturday and Sunday, but chilly temperatures may turn those sprinkles into snow showers at times.

Here’s the bummer breakdown:

Saturday: Likely rain and snow showers before 10 a.m., then rain showers.

A high is expected near 45 degrees on a mostly cloudy day, with rain showers continuing overnight followed by more rain and snow showers.

The low will be around 34, so little or no snow accumulation is expected.

Sunday: Rain and snow showers are likely in the early hours, then switching to all rain after 10 a.m. It will stay cloudy, with a high near 44.

At night, more showers before 10 p.m., then rain and snow showers until 4 a.m., with snow showers likely to follow.

Get ready to start next week with more rain and snow showers on Monday, followed by rain again on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
