Weekend weather report: Good days, sunshine | The Bainbridge Blab

September will have a sensationally sunny start, according to the National Weather Service in Seattle.

And that means Bainbridge Island will have positively perfect weather for the Labor Day holiday weekend.

Friday’s clear, hot and sunny weather will stretch all the way through to Labor Day, and beyond, according to the most recent forecast from the National Weather Service.

Saturday will be sunny with a high temperature near 83 degrees. There will be a slight breeze at times, with winds from the north between 5 to 10 mph.

Saturday night will be clear, with a low around 58.

On Sunday, things will heat up slightly to a high near 84. The overnight low is expected to hover around 59.

On Labor Day, fire up the barbecue! It will be sunny, with a high near 86.

The start of the workweek on Tuesday brings the toastiest temperatures on the horizon, with a high around 89 in the forecast.
