Friday’s freezing fog will continue into the weekend on Bainbridge Island, according to the latest forecast for the island from the National Weather Service in Seattle.

Islanders can expect areas of freezing fog before 10 a.m. Saturday. The day is forecast to be mostly sunny, with a high temperature near 44 degrees.

It will turn mostly cloudy overnight, and the temperature will drop to a low around 36.

On Sunday, things will warm up with mostly sunny weather and a high near 49.

Next week begins with more sunny weather, and the sunshine is expected to continue through the week.
