Two home burglaries reported on Bainbridge Island

Two residential burglaries — and two other burglaries, at the car wash on Madison Avenue and the Bainbridge Public Library — were reported Tuesday in the Bainbridge Island Police Department's crime log for the week of May 11 through May 17.

Two residential burglaries — and two other burglaries, at the car wash on Madison Avenue and the Bainbridge Public Library — were reported Tuesday in the Bainbridge Island Police Department’s crime log for the week of May 11 through May 17.

The burglary at the business on Madison Avenue was reported on Wednesday, May 14 and is believed to have occurred the day before; the burglary at the library happened on May 14 and was reported the following day.

A burglary at a residential home in the 16000 block of Agatewood Road Northeast was reported May 14.

The second residential burglary in this week’s crime log was reported May 14. That break-in, in the 16700 block of Northeast Sanwick Place, is believed to have occurred on May 2.

Bainbridge police reported 39 incidents in this week’s crime log, ranging from harassment and stalking complaints to identity and mail theft.
