“Journey of Trust – Choosing Hearts-wide-Open Joy” is 10 a.m. to noon on Mondays, April 8 through May 20.

The weekly spiritual retreat will help participants dive deep and sow the seeds of joy. Each session includes

sacred practices such as meditation, chanting, visual arts, ceremony, journaling, nature awareness, shamanic journeying, and movement.
