The Bainbridge Island Garden Club will hold its next monthly meeting at 9:30 a.m. Monday April 8 at the First Baptist Church (Highway 305 and Madison Avenue).

The program will be a presentation by Penny McCormick of Savage Plants in Kingston, who will discuss “Growing Veggies in Containers,” a way to greatly expand the variety of plants you can grow.
