Singing Spartans | Photo of the day 5.25

The Bainbridge Spartans girls fastpitch softball team joins with the Bishop Blanchet Braves in singing “3” during opening festivities for the 2018 Washington State 3A Softball Championships Friday morning at the Regional Athletic Complex in Lacey.

Tradition holds that all 12 teams that play at state finish off the opening ceremonies with the familiar ballpark favorite, with the coaches from the teams leading the players in song from the pitcher’s mound.
