Frank Vincent “Vinnie” Miller of Bainbridge Island received his degree at Seton Hall University’s 155th Commencement Exercises on May 21, 2012, in South Orange, N.J.

He graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in philosophy with a minor in criminal justice. He also is a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and served as treasurer and marshal.

He is a 2008 graduate of Bainbridge High School and is the son of Jan and Frank Miller of Bainbridge Island.
