Current member of the Limited Practice Board and E-Recording Standards Commission for the State of Washington. Active member

and past president of Bainbridge Island Rowing working with city council re rowing facilities. I am a fully certifi ed US Rowing referee.

Statement: I have lived on Bainbridge for 33 years, raised a family with my husband, experienced the schools and island life and culture and watched the changes.

I support our island values but also believe in larger connectivity to off-island community for dialogue and support. I bring people skills, problem solving skills and listening with consensus building to the table. Fairness for utility ratepayers, and consistency in working with implementation of the impact of SMP changes as well as exploring alternative revenue sources beyond real estate recovery development and impact fees are all important. Balance in maintaining our small town atmosphere, encouraging growth, and supporting the arts while tackling budget issues and controlling expenses are high on the list. I understand numbers after working with financial closing statements for many years. Communication and transparency in government is more important now than ever. I would like the opportunity to bring your needs to the attention of the whole.
