Kitsap Development Officers Group will meet at noon Tuesday, Oct. 4 at the Poulsbo Library.

Peter Raffa of Holly Ridge Center will lead a discussion about the art of building and maintaining relationships in fundraising. All nonprofits are welcome to the free meeting.
