The Bainbridge Island School District has announced it will host a special school board study session next week to discuss the findings of the investigation into volunteers at Woodward Middle School.

The meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3 in the school board’s usual meeting space, at the Commodore Commons, at 9530 NE High School Road.

The school district also announced it will post the full report on noon on Dec. 3 on the district website at www.bisd303.org.

The district hired an outside investigator earlier this fall to look into parent complaints that volunteers at Woodward may be sharing their religious beliefs with students, and that volunteers had not been properly vetted before they were allowed into the school.
