Statement:

Our public schools are a source of pride for every resident.

Outstanding education relies on inspired educators, quality facilities, high standards, and community involvement. We need to support teachers in helping each student succeed to their fullest potential.

My experience as an attorney is ideally suited for collaborating with stakeholders to develop informed policies. As a business owner I bring  a pragmatic, reasoned approach to problem solving and appreciate the importance of fiscal responsibility. Through my background in the music and entertainment industry I have participated in the creative process and value the role of arts in education. Having played sports throughout my life I fully appreciate the balance they bring to a wellrounded education. My wife and I were very pleased with our children’s experience at Wilkes and are looking forward to their transitions to Sakai and Woodward this fall.

I believe in a robust marketplace of ideas. By embracing divergent perspectives we can achieve our common goal of providing education to our children worthy of our community. I welcome the opportunity to work together in an informed, objective, transparent, and collaborative process and build on our past success and make our great public schools extraordinary.
