Wing Point Golf & Country Club has completed Phase I of its clubhouse remodel, and its new 1,200-square-foot bar is now open for dinner five nights a week. The improved space also features a new cocktail menu and bistro-style fare from incoming chef James Baker. Phase II of the project, scheduled to be finished by Jan. 1, will include a new entrance, additional bathrooms, a remodel of the existing lounge and a modern dining room with views of the golf course. The upgraded facilities will be able to accommodate up to 215 people, and club officials noted the remodel will offer greater flexibility for private events and corporate meetings. Those interested in a proprietary, intermediate (under 40) or social membership should contact general manager Jeff D’Amico at jeffd@wingpointgolf.com or call 206-842-2688.
