The talk will cover mandatory boater education card basics with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.

State law requires operators of motorboats with 15 horsepower or greater to take a safety education course and obtain a boater education card to operate a boat in Washington. Get started at the library with a presentation on boater safety by the members of the local USCG Auxiliary.
