What Do You Know: Knowledge Explorations Led by Community Experts returns to the Bainbridge Public Library at 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 27 with a program on boating safety.

The talk will cover mandatory boater education card basics with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.

State law requires operators of motorboats with 15 horsepower or greater to take a safety education course and obtain a boater education card to operate a boat in Washington. Get started at the library with a presentation on boater safety by the members of the local USCG Auxiliary.
