The Bainbridge Island Garden Club will hold its next monthly meeting on Monday, March 9 at the First Baptist Church, Highway 305 and Madison Avenue.

The topic for the meeting program, which starts at 11:30 a.m., will be “Plant Propagation.” It will be presented by Marilyn Mathis, Master Gardener, garden club member and owner of Flora and Fauna Landscape Design.

Mathis has many years of experience in the field of plant propagation and talk about ways to increase your plants in the garden from soft and hard wood cuttings, sewing seeds and much more. This will be a “hands on” program so bring gloves, sticks, tubers and anything you want to grow. All are welcome.
