The Bainbridge Island Garden Club will hold its next monthly meeting at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 14 at the First Baptist Church (Highway 305 and Madison Avenue).

The program will be a discussion on gardening fitness and ergonomics by Keith Heinzelman, a physical and certified hand therapist from Bainbridge Island. He will discuss how to prevent strains and injuries while gardening. All are welcome.
