SUNDAY, JULY 31

8:10 a.m. Police responded to a 37-year-old Suquamish man regarding theft from his bicycle at the bike barn next to the ferry.

He had left his bike there overnight and came to pick it up in the morning. Someone had taken his front and rear lights.

He did not know the monetary value of the lights and said the bike barn has surveillance cameras, but no one was there to check it that day.

He planned to contact the bike barn the following day and see if they had surveillance footage of the theft.
