American Legion to host second charity train show

The Bainbridge Island American Legion Colin Hyde Post 172 will host their second annual model train show from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16.

The Bainbridge Island American Legion Colin Hyde Post 172 will host their second annual model train show from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16.

Several different model trains will be assembled and on display, along with several informational displays for visitors to learn more about trains. Legion hobbyists will be on hand for demonstrations and to answer questions.

The event is free, with a recommended donation of $5 per person. All proceeds go to benefit the Wounded Warrior Program.
