It’s time for the weekend weather forecast for Bainbridge Island. And once again, there will be rain.

The National Weather Service’s office in Seattle is predicting another wet weekend for Bainbridge Island.

Forecasters say there is a 30 percent chance of showers before 10 a.m. Saturday. The day will be mostly cloudy, with a high temperature near 58 degrees.

The chance of rain Saturday night: 100 percent. Up to a half inch is possible.

On Sunday, more showers are likely. The chance of precipitation is 60 percent, and the day is expected to be mostly cloudy, with a high near 54.

The temperature is expected to drop to a low of 41 Sunday night.

Next week, the current forecast calls for cloudy weather and rain through the week.
