'Russia and Its Neighbors' is next Great Decisions topic

Great Decisions will feature “Russia and Its Neighbors” at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 24 at Bethany Lutheran Church.

The topic will be moderated by Laurance Kerr, a military historian and retired U.S. diplomat formerly based in the Republic of Georgia.

Now part of Library U, the Bainbridge Public Library’s lifelong learning program, Great Decisions is sponsored by the Kitsap Regional Library with funding support from the Bainbridge Island Friends of the Library.
