Pumpkin Walk:

Bainbridge Gardens’ 16th annual Pumpkin Walk is 6-8 p.m. Oct. 16 and17 at the nursery, 9415 Miller Rd. Enjoy carnival games, nature walk, harvest maze, and music by Strings duJour. Haunted Art Exhibit:

Creep on over to the Pavilion from 5-7:30 p.m. Oct. 16 at the Upstairs Gallery, 200 Madison Ave., Suite 200, where artists Tamera Sellman, Michael Nally, Susan Najarian and Elizabeth Gadbois will display frightening work featuring cemeteries and spooky Halloween art. Nightmare Fair:

Freaks and phantoms and dark clowns are waiting for you to venture inside the Nightmare Fair from 7-10 p.m. Oct. 23 and 24. The tour begins in the lobby of the old Bainbridge Island pool, 8521 Madison Ave. Donation of $5 goes to Helpline. No water-travel involved. Scary rating: not for children under 10. WILKES HALLOWEEN CARNIVAL: The annual family fun event is from 1-5 p.m. Oct. 24 at Wilkes Elementary School, corner of Day Road and Madison Ave. The event features rooms full of games and prizes, bouncy house, cake walk, and the notorious Wilkes Haunted House. Join IslandWood for its fifth annual Halloween event, 1-5 p.m. Oct. 25. Activities include a scavenger hunt, face painting, carnival games and music.
