Bainbridge Performing Arts Theatre School is opening enrollment for the spring quarter on Monday, Feb. 1.

Mid-winter (Feb. 15–19) and spring break (Apr. 4–8) camp enrollment is also underway, and space is still available.

BPA’s classes and camps help develop confident people and trained theatre artists.

BPA Theatre School offers skill-building classes, which provide the tools and techniques to develop up-and-coming performers, as well as performance series classes in which students can apply skills in a performance-focused experience.

“Our spring quarter is a fun and fast way to try new things, build new skills and make new friends,” said Zandi Carlson, BPA’s director of education, “all in a supportive and exciting environment.”

Spring classes include “Story Drama” for ages 3½-5; “Creative Drama – Underwater Adventures” for grades K–1; “Intro to Musical Theatre – Little Mermaid” for grades 1–3; “Character Circus” for grades 2–4; “Group Voice – Audition Song” for grades 4 and up; “Yes, And!” Improv for grades 5–7; and “Teen Intensive – Second Annual Spring Send-Off” for grades 8–12.

BPA Theatre School offers year-round classes and camps for students of all ages and experience levels taught by professional teaching artists to help build character, Carlson said.

“We believe that theatre education and training provides lifelong skills of confidence, responsibility and a joy of learning,” she added.
