Bainbridge Island won’t have a big fireworks show this year, but Islanders who need the Fourth of July to go out with a bang — and don’t want to endure the tribulations of making it to Seattle’s big fireworks display — can stick closer to home for a night of “ooohs” and “aaaahs.”

Fireworks displays in Kitsap County include:

• The Bremerton Bridge Blast, 10:15 p.m. Saturday, June 29. Best views from the Bremerton Boardwalk (www.bremertonbridgeblast.com)

• Fireworks over Liberty Bay in Poulsbo, 10:15 p.m. Wednesday, July 3 (www.vikingfest.org)

• Port Orchard will stage its traditional Fathoms O’ Fun Fourth of July Fireworks show at 9:30 p.m. Thursday, July 4 over Sinclair Inlet

• Kingston’s Fourth of July Celebration, 10 p.m. Thursday, July 4 at the port of Kingston
