Stop by the BPA Gallery for the First Friday Art Walk from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, June 2 for an artist reception and a fanciful evening of art, food and friends.

In his month-long June exhibit at BPA, photographer Marc Shor explores the colorful and historic doors and windows of New Orleans, some of which invite you in while others shut you out.

Shor is principal of Barn Door Productions, a small full-service web design/development/maintenance company with an intense focus on customer satisfaction. His work may be viewed online at www.shor.smugmug.com/Portfolio.

The BPA Gallery showcases regional artists in monthly rotating exhibits in the C. Keith Birkenfeld Lobby and regularly participates in the First Friday Art Walk.

Gallery hours are noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, plus one hour prior to each performance.
