Bird banding is the topic at next Kitsap Audubon Society meeting

Guest speaker Dan Froehlich will explain how marking individual birds has been the most important method ornithologists have used to advance the understanding of birds, from migratory pathways to population dynamics, from mating behavior to life cycle and longevity.
