BARN will be hosting a jewelry illustration class with Nanz Aaland in September.

The classes are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11, 18 and 25.

Class organizers say jewelry illustration is an excellent skill to have in your tool box, and working out ideas and express design choices with paper and pencil is a valuable communication tool.

Jewelry illustration helps artists design projects using techniques or gemstones they have yet to acquire.
