To the editor:

Pegeen Mulhern should be our next at-large city council member.

We’ve known Pegeen and Doug since they arrived on Bainbridge. Over these past 24 years as neighbors we’ve come to know Pegeen as a person who will commit to volunteering in a number of public service opportunities  and also as a person who has a love of Bainbridge and wants to preserve what she and most islanders feel is a way of life most of the world can only dream about.

Her dedication to environmental stewardship, solving issues with compromise, and her intellect is what will help build the future of Bainbridge Island.

We feel a vote for Pegeen is a vote for the future of our island. She is a winner and we need winners on our team so please vote this coming Nov. 3 for Pegeen Mulhern for city council at-large.
