UAC to talk about stormwater utility at tonight’s meeting

The Bainbridge Island Utility Advisory Committee will meet this week to get an update on the Eagle Harbor sewer main break.

The briefing will be led by Interim Public Works Director John Cunningham.

The committee will also get an update on the city’s surface and stormwater utility, and will look at the 2013 work plan item on utility taxes.

There will also be a discussion on new members and committee officers.

The committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 9 in the council conference room at city hall.
